If you access VilSal InView on behalf of a company, organization, employer, recruitment agency, educational institution, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Candidates using VilSal InView to complete interviews or assessments are also subject to these Terms.

Use of the Services must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
4. Organization Administration and User Roles
Organizations are responsible for managing: • Account owners • Administrators • Recruiters • Hiring managers • Interview reviewers • Authorized team members Organizations must manage permissions, security, and user access properly.
5. Interviews and Candidate Assessments
The Services allow organizations to create structured hiring workflows, including: • Video interviews • Candidate questionnaires • Skill assessments • Custom questions • Evaluation criteria • Candidate scoring systems VilSal InView provides tools to support hiring decisions but does not make hiring decisions on behalf of organizations.
6. Candidate Information and Interview Recordings
The Services may process: • Candidate profiles • Resume information • Video recordings • Audio recordings • Written responses • Assessment results • Reviewer feedback • Ratings and notes Organizations are responsible for required notices and permissions.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features
VilSal InView may provide AI-powered and automated features to assist organizations with hiring workflows. AI features support hiring teams and do not replace human decision-making. Organizations remain responsible for lawful hiring practices.
8. Subscription Plans and Fees
Subscription fees, plans, features, and usage limits may be provided through our website, proposals, order forms, or agreements. Unless otherwise agreed: • Fees are charged according to selected plans • Payments follow billing cycles • Fees are generally non-refundable • Taxes may apply • Features may vary by plan
9. Payment and Billing
You agree to provide accurate payment information. If payments become overdue, we may restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate subscriptions where permitted.

VilSal InView may provide demos, trials, pilot programs, or promotional access. Trial access may have limitations and may end at any time.

Our collection and use of information are described in our Privacy Policy. Organizations are responsible for compliance with employment and privacy laws.
14. Intellectual Property
VilSal InView and its licensors retain all rights to: • Software • Platform architecture • User interface • Features • Branding • Documentation • Technology These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
15. Feedback
Feedback provided to VilSal InView may be used to improve or develop Services without restriction or compensation.

17. Service Availability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. VilSal InView does not guarantee hiring outcomes, recruitment results, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of automated insights.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VilSal LLC and VilSal InView are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid during the twelve months before the event causing the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify VilSal InView and VilSal LLC from claims arising from your use of Services, violations of these Terms, misuse of information, or violation of third-party rights.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail payment obligations, create security risks, or use Services unlawfully.
